Dr. Kevin Krieger

If I can figure it out, so can you!

Sterling Heights Chiropractor, Dr. Kevin KriegerI remember entering high school and having the counselors begin to prep us to decide about our future.  But to be totally honest, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do.  I only knew that I wanted to help people.  I didn't realize it at the time, but I was blessed with an Uncle who I respected, who was Chiropractor.  As I started thinking about my future, I began to think about my Uncle.  It was obvious that he enjoyed his profession; his patients were getting results and his work as a joy for him.  I knew that I respected the way that his lifestyle matched his convictions.  I wanted to help others that way.  So after two years of undergraduate work here at Oakland Community College, I made the decision to transfer to Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, Georgia.

Now I’ll have to admit, with only limited exposure to my Uncle's office, I thought I was going to school to help people with back pain.  Boy, was I in for a surprise!  Back pain is such a small part of what we do!  And the more I learned, the more excited I got to really be a part of helping my patients, not just recover, but understand their body’s make-up and gain their optimal health.

I met my wife, Kristine, during the time that I was starting to consider becoming a chiropractor.  Falling in love with her made me realize that this decision would impact far more than my life alone.  We married shortly before I entered the doctorate program and she willingly walked beside me during the ups and downs of college life.  All together we have been married 15 years.  We have two amazing boys, Zac and Levi.  Aside from my wife, they are the best gifts God has ever given me.

I am serious about the level of our optimal health.

We choose to eat right, get adjusted, exercise on a regular schedule and get our rest. I am excited to give my family the benefit of a healthy working nervous system.  I adjusted both of our boys shortly after their birth.  I want to keep their nervous systems free from interruption so they can enjoy optimal health during their lifetime.  I already see benefits.  To this date, neither of my children has had to deal with a childhood ear infection. I am excited about that.

And that brings me to you. What about your health?  What is stopping you from living life to its fullest?

I believe in optimal health, what do you believe?
